To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Social Media & Community Marketeer. You will be part of a marketing team, working closely with designers, content creators, and performance marketers. From preparing posts to engaging in community management in the US market, you will gain hands-on experience with every aspect of social media management.

what you will do

• Assist in managing, updating, and optimising social media accounts & other platforms across multiple brands and markets.

• Help write, create, schedule, and publish posts in line with brand guidelines.

• Support daily community management: responding to comments, questions, and direct messages.

• Work together with US content creators and the performance marketing team to keep activity aligned across channels.

• Monitor engagement data and help identify opportunities to improve content formats and frequency.

• Contribute to the development and execution of a social media content calendar in collaboration with the branding team.

• Stay curious about social media trends and suggest creative ideas to grow reach and engagement.

what we are looking for

• Experience or strong interest in social media management, ideally for multiple brands or markets.

• Familiarity with Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, or YouTube.

• Strong writing and editing skills, with a feel for adapting tone of voice across brands.

• You are organised, proactive, and eager to learn.

• You are comfortable handling multiple tasks.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Fluent in English and Dutch. Knowledge of French or German is a plus.

• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred, though candidates with less experience will also be considered.
